Howdy from Phoenix, I just joined the Heartland website and am excited as I think we may be owners soon of the bunkhouse mentioned in the title...

Anyone own one of these rigs?

I looked at a 2014 year today and looks ok... hasn't been used in a year due to lack of tow vehicle, but has been stored under an awning...

Hope to hear from you soon!

Happy Easter to all.

It'll probably clean up well but that is the least of your troubles on a used rig. It's been sitting over a year means your bearings need to be repacked or better yet, replaced which isn't much more money wise. Then the tires should probably be replaced which you could negotiate into the price. Make sure to get it set up under power with city water hooked up. Just do a complete PDI before buying. Any problems you find can be negotiated into the price for repairs if need be. Basically, on a used rig, you don't know how well it was maintained. Again, with a good PDI, you can get a good rig at a good price. Definitely figure in the wheels and tires. Good luck and keep us posted on your endeavor.
