Switch labeled 12 volt

In the control panel, there is a switch labeled water heater 12 volt. We were wondering if this was correct or mislabeled. We were looking for the switch to convert the water heater over to propane but found this instead. Is this the switch for a LP gas conversion or is there another one in the 2016 Landmark?

That is the switch to run on propane.

A combination of 12V DC and propane is required. It might make more sense to label it 'propane' but the switch gets labeled 12V.
