Tank System

Looking for a proper , company schematic of the tank system for a 2013 Sundance 3270RES... Need to find the layout of the tanks and piping system ... The underbelly is completely covered. Having a problem with the #2 grey tank no draining properly.

You can call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030. Have your VIN # ready. They may be able to get you a diagram.

Another approach is to start at the sewer outlet and follow the 1-1/2" pipe toward the kitchen (kitchen is usually gray #2). Sometimes if you remove a few of the mounting screws holding the coroplast underbelly, you can see what's above it. I'd suggest using an impact wrench on the off-door-side, starting from the sewer outlet and working back.

Thank You. Hopefully they will give It to me. There should be a copy of the tank and plumbing system , supplied when you buy the trailer. It is not a trade secret.. . It would save a lot of grieve to owners ,later on when the warranty runs out
