Trouble with filling fresh water tank...

Hello Everyone!

Just picked up our BigHorn and have a question about filling the fresh water tank. We have a valve that states "Normal", "City Water",
"Winterize" and "Tank". This seems simple, but when we put the valve on Tank it does not fill the tank. We get city water when the
valve is on "City Water". And what the heck is "Normal"??? The Manual doesn't even show this setup and didn't find anything in the
packet about the working this valve. Too bad Heartland can't print a manual for just your basic BigHorn!!! Any help would be great!

did not the dealer from whom you bought the unit run you a walkthru???thats where the questions should get answered ..dont take this as a slam ,,its just the norm to have a complete service walkthru..imho

The walkthru was stopped when our autolevelers went crazy....come to find out one of the sensors was installed at the factory
upside down....wonderful QA. This should be very simple and after reading some of the comments, it sounds like Heartland has
a small problem with the air vent for the water intake. We have owned 4 tow trailers before, so this should be simple........
We had a second walkthru, but there wasn't any water running to the tank, therefore, how do you know when something isn't
correct.....this should be explained in the "Manual"!
