What is the usual warranty on a new unit. We bought a Sundance 3100ES on May 25, 2010. We noticed a crack on the skylight over the shower (outside pane). I thought that there was a 2 year warranty. Also there seemed to be some water leaking on the kitchen counter around the window. My husband did put some sealant around the outside of the window. He said that it looked like they did not go all the way around the window. Also, there were some brown streaks coming from underneath the storage door on that side also. I hope that there is no leaking inside the wall.

Your best bet is to get on the phone to heartland customer service. Standard warranty is 1 year.

The sealant does not normally go all the way around the window. If the brown streaks are on the outside of the trailer, that isn't unusual. The crack should be covered by warranty if you call Heartland Customer Service and/or your dealer before the 2th.

We contacted the dealer yesterday and our rig is still under warranty. We took a picture of the crack and sent them on to the deal so they can show Heartland and get it fixed.
