Tony finally installed our Dometic 320 we got from PJ (Gaffer). Thanks again to Dave & Nancy (nander) for hauling it from Las Vegas NV to Cisco TX.

I had to replace our Thetford Aqua Magic Style II last week. I too, installed a shut-off valve in the supply line. I'll eventually put them in all our sink and shower lines.

Ours was all shark bite fittings. 1 Cutoff valve + 1 elbow and reuse the pex with the fitting for the toilet connection.

Wasn't today, but when I winterized the trailer last week and wiped out the inside of the rubber seal on the Splendide combo washer dryer I found a little surprise.

And from the looks of George's face, he has been there for awhile.

Yes. I'm just too frugal, I guess. Porthole's find would've paid for my valve. Everything else was either reused or on hand. Since I replaced with the same model, I didn't need an elbow. It should be noted that shutoff valves in potable water lines should be "lead-free". Unless your dog drinks out of the toilet, this isn't a real concern for this application.

He bought an elbow, but the cutoff we had on hand -- for a project that never was completed on the Elkridge -- but good to have in case of emergency anyway.

For years Darlene has found money stashes in ski jackets. Guess when she went the bar early, she always found a guy to buy her a drink! Should I be worried?

Thanks Erika,

I do the work but I can't take all the credit, My favorite Wife comes up with all the ideas. ;)

Here are some other pictures of the main living area after our "makeover".

Wow, amazing transformation, it doesn't look like a trailer, more like a beach house. Great job!

Is that wood-look on the walls something you added, too?
