Where does this go?

I can't reply to messages as I get an error that I must make some change in "Edit Options". Where is "Edit Options" to make the change so I can reply to people who contact me from this Forum? This has got the be one of the most confusing forums I've joined. I've checked out all the buttons on the page and can't where the change is made.

"PRIVATE MESSAGES"
"MY SETTINGS"
"MY ACCOUNT"
"GENERAL SETTINGS"

Make the appropriate changes but remember to "SAVE CHANGES" at the very bottom of the page.
