When we started with our carry out, we called wineguard's customer service. Leave a message and they will call you back within 24 hours, sometimes quickly. They walked us thru how to get it set up step by step and were very patient, be prepared to take some time while waiting on set up searches. We are not tech savy, so we had to call the first few times we set up. Hint, if you unplug your receiver when breaking down, always unplug the satellite first. Saves a lot of frustration.
