Shortest Straw

Caught In A Mosh
I am glad I checked back! Had we been unable to go to a wine tasting I would have been in hot water with the better half. I am not talking about hot water that makes you slightly uncomfortable in the shower when you first step in either, I am referring to the scalding stuff...

Erika, just a heads up on our attending the rally. Our 1st buyer opted out of the deal on our house. We have another offer now with the closing date of the 18th of March. We're going to try to fit the rally into our schedule but our priorities are to sell the house, relocate to Jacksonville and start our new life as any timers. I'll know more in a few weeks. We still hope to see you and everyone there and we'll do our best to attend your 1st rally. Later and have a great day.

Frank, we totally understand, house selling is a stressful and complicated time. We hope it goes well!

Don't worry if you have to miss it, we just need to give the park 48 hours notice, I believe.

We will miss your Breakfast Extravaganza Leadership and experience, but we will carry on the tradition.

Folks,

It looks like most everyone will be at the park already by 11th, Friday. We have tentatively scheduled a guided tour of the Hardeman County Historical Museum at the Quanah Acme & Pacific Depot and 1890 Hardeman County Jail, from 1:30-3:00 on Friday. Here is a link.

I need a head count since they may be providing goodie bags for the tour. If you are interested in this tour, which is free (donations accepted), please let me know by Monday, the 22nd. This doesn't have to be 100% firm, but I want to give them an idea. Thanks!

I only want to go if I have time to stop and read every plaque???

We should have fair weather for the Rally...
West Texas will be in the 80's most of the week
with a high of 88 degrees forecast for this Friday!!!

LOL, We only have 1.5 hours, I don't know if you can read them all. The docent is very knowledgeable and will give a great tour.

Will golf be finished by then?
If not, I'll go alone, otherwise Dave & I will both go.

We hope so! Unfortunately the museum is only open till 3, but I will talk to them. Originally I was hoping 2-3:30... But saw the hours and had to adjust.
