Linda and I are excited to be returning to the National Rally in Goshen this year and with that we are trying to update some of the graphics we will be offering. One of the graphics is the state outline with the new HOC logo. We’ve done many of these for other states in the past and look forward...
On the Heartland website I do not see an option for a doorside slideout power awning, nor do I see an option for the outdoor entertainment (TV and/or stereo). Are these no longer available?

Oh ya, one more observation. It looks like the theater seats no longer have the...
Unfortunately the RV industry struggles the most with repairs in general. Because of the last few years, growing numbers of rv sales there are a lot of new rv owners out there and a lot more rvs that need repairs. RV dealers in some cases will not work on an rv they did not sell. I hope this...
Could you please add some pictures so we can see the failure. Unfortunately this is becoming more and more common. Not really sure why your hangers are so long but we are seeing a lot more of this. I hope Lippert considers a newer design to strengthen these hangers. You might want to consider...
Looks like you replaced the 3270 with the 3370. I like the pocket door on the bathroom. Would you consider changing the barn door slider (bedroom entry) to a pocket door?

Tom,
Would you also consider changing the dresser and window in the 3370 to be more like the 3160elite?
When we are ready to upgrade we will be looking at rigs shorter than 38 feet. Our current rig is 40 foot and it is nice to have all the room but I am tired of manipulating this beast. I want something shorter and possibly a little lighter. We do like the BH 3270 but wish it had a larger dresser...
Your AC could be "froze up". If you turn it off you will hear the ice cracking. If so, let it thaw out and when you do turn it back on you should run your fan on high to keep it from happening again.
Good luck,
Mark
If it were me I'd add the shut off once you decided to pull things apart. When I swapped out our commode I added a shutoff. Kinda nice.
Good luck,
Mark
On my old 2003 Chevy I had to install the fuse that would let the truck charge the trailer. There was no fuse installed in the truck from the factory, not sure why but that is the way it was.
Good luck,
Mark
Ya Sniper, it really sucks the big one when you find out nobody wants to give you anything close to what you owe on these rv's. Everyone says you'll do better selling it outright but that too is a big pain in the rear plus you lose the sales tax savings towards the new rig while they are...
WOW, Thank you Don and Cindy and all who volunteered to help them. What a great turnout. Very nice to see some old friends and make some new ones. Looking forward to next years rally.
Keep up the good work you two and thanks again.

I am planning on bring some wood also. My house is only 30 minutes from the campground so if we need anything else let me know. I also have some EZ up canopy 8x8 if you like me to bring those.

So I'll jump in here regarding the hanger brackets on RVs. I've always been disappointed with the thin bracket that Lippert uses as a hanger. I cannot figure out why these are not heavier steel. I think it is ironic that Lippert and Dexter both sell these heavy duty wet bolt kits that have very...
I like what John brought up. It would be nice if all brand managers were available at specific times during the rally at the fairgrounds. This would give all owners who wanted to, time to really ask questions regarding their specific unit. When we are ALL together at the RV Museum it is really...
Checked 3 amp fuse on circuit board and it is fine. I am getting 12 volts to the A/C before the board but not after. So now I am going to contact National RV Refrigeration In Shipshewana and see if I can get an appointment. I've talked with the owner in the past and feel confident he can fix me...
We are opening up the camper and starting to clean and get ready for the season.
I was trying out the main A/C unit in the camper to see if it was working properly and after a couple of days of running realized it is not cooling as it should so I shut it off and decided to try the bedroom A/C...
