Jim, Is there any response from Heartland on this matter? Do we know whether or not there is a seal between the ceiling panel and three sided duct in the foam?

We too claim ours every year. All you need is a statement of total interest for the tax year and you a re good to go.

Linda and I will have our equipment with us so if you are interested we can cut vinyl right there during the rally. Here are a couple of things we are trying out. We just received a shipment of yard sign blanks. We also cut some HOC ovals just in case anyone would be interested in them.

We had the same problem a couple of years ago. Yes, the grey tank #2 is located close to the spare tire. You have to drop the spare tire and carrier then start pulling down the coroplast. Unfortunately you will find that the drain runs uphill to get to the dump valve in front of the front axle...

I agree with Jim. Heartland has a new service facility just for such a problem. Heartland will also have to get Lippert involved as you definitely have a frame flex issue. If you call Heartland again and don't get what you want then you need to go up the food chain till you get the right person...

Since the Heartland website says "coming soon" I think it was just a place holder. I believe what Jim posted for the floor plan will soon take the place of what is on Heartland's website. I do like the layout though but think it will be longer and heavier than what I want to upgrade/downgrade to.
