I've never been in your situation but here is what I would do if I was. First I would get the tension off the awning by pushing up the arms bit. Might need help there. There should be a small screw in the rail that is there to prevent side movement of the awning. You might have to remove it...

In the case of a white and black wire bundle white would be neutral. But I would first want to know what they are providing power to. Track it down. Peace Dave

Here is what I would do. Plug into shore power then check the voltage at the battery. It should be around 13+ volts DC. If not I would visit the charging source. Check voltage there. If no output check it's source from 120 volts AC. You may be unplugged, loose wire out tripped 120 volt breaker...

If you are going with tiles, use unglazed tile. I've read that glazing can release toxins that you don't want in your food. Stick with a stone made for cooking. We've found pizza stones at Goodwill, cheap. Peace Dave

I would pull the breakaway switch and see if the pump maintains its pressure. You may have a defective pump or some other issue in your braking system. If the pump runs continuous then you will probably need to revisit your truck controller. Peace Dave

Mike, that's a trim strip and should be caulked to the wall. If some screws are loose you may have had some water intrusion and now have some rot or the particle board is saturated. Caulk it up and let it dry out. You might want to look on the inside for some soft spots. Peace Dave
