I guess my first question would be what is the source of your 12 volts. It may be something other than line voltage drop. Peace Dave

    Awning partially out of rail

I've never been in your situation but here is what I would do if I was. First I would get the tension off the awning by pushing up the arms bit. Might need help there. There should be a small screw in the rail that is there to prevent side movement of the awning. You might have to remove it...

    Not cooling very well.

I've seen window units in a couple rigs. The're are good if the rig is stationary but wouldn't be for travel while in a window frame. I've got a picture of one somewhere, I'll have to look for it. Peace Dave

Need to know how to reattach my breakaway cable

Since we're talking about the breakaway here, it's a good idea for everyone to test their switch periodically. I tried to pull my breakaway switch key this spring and it would not budge. Almost snapped the cable trying. Lol. Easy replacement project. Peace Dave

    no 12v power

Here is what I would do. Plug into shore power then check the voltage at the battery. It should be around 13+ volts DC. If not I would visit the charging source. Check voltage there. If no output check it's source from 120 volts AC. You may be unplugged, loose wire out tripped 120 volt breaker...

    Furrion oven stone

If you are going with tiles, use unglazed tile. I've read that glazing can release toxins that you don't want in your food. Stick with a stone made for cooking. We've found pizza stones at Goodwill, cheap. Peace Dave

Dexter electric over hydraulic brakes issues

I would pull the breakaway switch and see if the pump maintains its pressure. You may have a defective pump or some other issue in your braking system. If the pump runs continuous then you will probably need to revisit your truck controller. Peace Dave

    Washer bouncing when traveling..

I've heard of a few people having the same problem with their Madison floor plan. I'm not sure there was a real solution as the rear of our trailers get the most bounce. I think that strapping the washer down tight for travels was the best idea. Peace Dave

What heater element do I need?

You don't need anything special for your water heater element. If you go to a big box building center or even a hardware store all you need is a 110-120 volt short water heater element. They are either long, about 12" or short, about 6 or 7". You will also want to a water heater element install...

Loss of power to bunk beds in garage

The only manual reset breaker will be found in a bank of breakers near your battery. They should have a red rubber boot on them. The reset button is very small so you will need to feel along the edge of the breakers. Have you checked the 12 volt fuses? Peace Dave

    7K Back Plates

    Refrigerator Leak

I have the RM1350. On the back wall of the refrigerator compartment below the fins there should be a drip tray. It lifts up. It will have a drain tube attached. The original tube is usually white. That white tube should exit the outside at the lower access vent panel. Peace Dave

    Mounting tv in a 2020 Pioneer bh175

If it was me I would not use anchors, just screws. One thing that many people do is stain or cover a piece of plywood, attach their mount to the plywood then mount the plywood to the wall. You can really get your TV mounted securely to the plywood, then you can mount the plywood to the backer...
