    Water in front storage

Take everything out, hop inside at night and have some one stand outside to close/latch door and shine a flashlight all around the door and underneath so you can see where light is coming in thus the areas where water could enter.

    Landmark Rubber Roof Detachment

Hate to say it, but you'll be better off in the long run if you plan on keeping the coach for some time and go w/ RV Flex armor. Costs, but worth it.

Getting a new sofa through the doors

Does the new furniture come with removable backs? If so, I think it should fit there the main door. What about current bad couch? Does it come apart? As for the doors/windows/screens, others will have to answer that one.

    Sewer smell from battery

A couple weeks ago while walking past the RV, I smelled a good wife of a sewer type odor which I thought was kinda odd and more/less dismissed it. Few days later, came home from work early and REALLY smiled a bad sewer odor. Thinking it was from a stick house in our track, but walked by RV and...

    Water leak, no watering coach

Update: So I got the brass valve but to install it required having to remove trim molding and bend back wall panel in hallway (behind shower). The brass valve already had a rubber inserts as I couldn't figure out at 1st why it wouldn't connect to the water line. DUH ! LOL. Once it was all...

    Why so high door handles?

Saw this TT TH the other day and for the life of me don't understand why the door handles are so high. My snowmobile trailer isn't this way so why on this or all toy haulers?

    Roof cleaner and protector

FWIW, I also tried large type Magic Erasers and they did a great job of cleaning the roof. Problem was, they disintegrated/fell apart fast and I went thru a lot of them cuz 1 pad didn't go very far. Stuck w/ the Spic-N-Span liquid w/ good results. Doesn't get the roof brand new clean or as clean...

Request: Landmark Arlington - slide in slide

We have it's sister version in the Big Country 3560SS and knock on wood, only 1 issue w/ the S-n-s and that was the outside trim being bowed out (forgive me it's been 7 years since this happened) with slides in I think. HL said to simply add a ton more screws which was done and no more problems...

    2019 Heartland landmark 365

We have it's "sister" version (BC 3560SS) w/ factory slide toppers and no problems w/ water in basement. Perhaps the screws around door all need to be siliconed. Does it get wet from regular rain or driving rain? Have you gotten inside w/ doors closed and someone spray around door or are of...

    Flex Armor roof cost

Funny on color matching the sides to blend in. Our orig roof is a tannish color that meets up w/ black trim on sidewalls. For some reason tho, I thought they would go tan into white on top, but they are doing black into white cuz of black trim. Guess the roof will "disappear" if you look at it...

Broken Spring Hanger.....Again. and what to do about my tires too close together

If you did spread them like mrcomer suggested, do you have enough room and will tires clear the fender skirts? Another thought is, are the new tires the same circumference as old ones? Sounds odd, but this could happen.

    Flex Armor roof cost

David-steph, I didn't have any leaks, just areas I felt needed some extra support as along w/ the chalking along the side where the roof meets the sidewalls. Doubt I could claim anything under insurance especially if no damage was found once rubber roof was removed. Like some others, the cost...

Well the BC is getting her new roof installed this week. Will be picking it up next Sat. Having the skylight covered. Anderson Valve

I replaced our old plastic one last year w/ the brass one and it took longer to remove contents from basement and wall than it did to actually swap out the valves. Should have listened to those on here from a couple years ago and did it then. Easy-peazy.

    Water leak, no watering coach

I believe you are 100% correct on it's location behind shower wall.....but little means of getting to it to replace it. Spoke w/ our old RV dealer service mgr who said the same thing as you and his suggestion is to remove door trim/wall trim and wall panel to get to it. Really didn't look at it...

    Water leak, no watering coach

Thank you for your thoughts on this. As for the possibility of a ruptured water line, the basement area was still dry which puzzled me. If a water line broke, would that explain why the DW didn't have water at kitchen sink? I thought the flusher line was attached directly to the black tank...

    Water leak, no watering coach

So this is a brand new prob I've never dealt w/ before. Set up shop this past Fri night, hooked everything up and all weekend long no problem w/ anything water related. Today/this morning, breaking things down to leave, hook up sewer flusher hose and this is where things went bonkers. 1. DS...

Entry step options 2011 Landmark Grand Canyon

Also, they are a bit hefty to lift while installing. I think I placed them onto some wood blocking and a floor jack to lift them up/high enough to put bolts in. May require taking some skirting screws off to gain access to 1 or 2 bolts. Had to get a shorter bolt or 2 cuz of clearance w/ step...

Entry step options 2011 Landmark Grand Canyon

I vote for the Torq- Lift steps. Replaced the orig 4 bouncy steps w/ them and love them. No dirt goes inside of coach which can be a issue w/ the Mor-Ryde ones. Took a little to install, but worth it.

Do all the legs on the Lippert Auto-Level hydraulic system make ground contact?

My wife hates me, but we still put blocks under the legs just to limit the distance the legs travel.. BUT we don't have to place boards under the tires!!! Once blocks are under the legs, hit Auto-Level and within a minute and half or so......woooooohla..........done!

    water hoses

What's the best fresh water hose to use that doesn't kink up and coils easily? I bought 2 new Camco hoses from our old dealer last spring to replace our orig '05 hoses. These things are a PITA to coil up, seem to take up a lot of space in bin (25' and 50') so was just wondering if there is...

    Leveling leg leaking?

I saw sometime ago that the RR leg of the 6 pt level up on our 3560SS Big Country was wet/maybe leaking but didn't seem to be to concerned about it. Roof cleaner and protector

I've used liquid Spic-N-Span and a mop. Do say 3'-4' section at a time, rinse off, wet next section, repeat. Some say you can use a pressure washer, but to keep the tip in a wide pattern and NOT pencil tip. Used a protectorant 1x, but otherwise just washed the roof cple times/yr.
