Sorry to disagree, but manufacturers do care - otherwise there'd be no repeat business. RVs are not the most expensive "junk" we purchase - if you'd ever been in the bilge of or had a large boat hauled out for repairs, you'd agree. Martha

Congrats! If they didn't dump/sanitize the black tank, they probably haven't looked at the caulking, much less maintain it. Make sure you go over the caulking with care - leaking doesn't make for a good day for anyone.

Look at RVParky and RV park reviews. We've not made it to Wisconsin yet, but looking at those reviews let us make our choices easier.

We put up pictures and a mirrors over 3 years ago in our BH. Still hanging there with no issues.

We've used Contact picture hanging strips for mirrors and pictures. Works well. We bought an over the door towel holder that works well in the bathroom.

You're storing in a low humidity area? We're confused by your issue. We travel for a couple of months at a time (and lived in our BH for a solid year) in all temperatures, weather, and humidity levels. We cook full meals (including pasta which means boiling water) and shower in our trailer...
