Comparing the construction of an automobile to that of an RV trailer is comparing apples and oranges to my way of thinking. Automobiles have no laminated pieces or wood (except for hand made cars like Rolls, Bentleys, etc with costs as great or greater than a trailer). Just saying...... Martha

Sorry, but some RVs can and are lived in full time in all temps. You can be comfortable by utilizing suggestions given here. We've been in temps over 100 & lower than 20. Martha

Happened once with us, but something hadn't been put away correctly.

We've been in temps in the teens in our BH which has Yeti and kept the furnace running as well as electric heaters and a heated fresh water hose. We stayed warm. Since this is your foray into RVS, you might not be really happy. Just saying......

Call Heartland with your VIN. They can look up order date and date sent. Let everyone know what you find out.

We opted to not get a bedroom TV either AND we have one TV in our S&B also. Never saw the need for more than one - except when our kids were teens and they had their own TV's on their rooms.

Did you do an inspection before purchase? The reason I ask is because of the loose water connections. We caught several things then and during the warranty period, anything else was fixed. Martha

If we were in your position, we'd follow up with Heartland to find out the sequence of events. That would let us know whether or not to continue using that dealer. Just saying.......
