It's probably a circuit breaker located near the batteries. Had the same problem with my BigHorn. Replaced the breaker and works fine. I got mine from Amazon. Bussman CBC-50HB Circuit Breaker. It's metal, not plastic like original.
Yes this can be done. When we bought our 3610RE the brochure said it came with king. It had a queen and I told salesman it was a dealbreaker. They replaced platform with plywood. Has been working well for 5+ years. I did replace mattress with a lasting impressions memory foam and love it.
I have a 2011 BigHorn and the original Sailun tires never gave us a problem. I have just replaced them with another set of Sailuns because of the date code and they were beginning to wear.
I ordered the 4 step Glowstep Revolution and found the first step coming out of the camper too long. We have added the Correct Trac which raised the camper 2". Height of top of mounting position is 38 - 39" if it's absolutely level. I ordered the add a step and installed it. Now the bottom step...
Pulling that panel is not rocket science. I did it when our pump quit. It's a matter of taking out a few screws. Some of the wire nuts had fallen off. I checked all the wire nuts while I was at it. Haven't had a problem since.

We have had the Sailun tires in our 2011 Big Horn and have not had a problem. Was told by a heavy truck service center that's all they use on their vehicles. Have had tires blow on SOB, but no problem on the Big Horn and have put over 25000 miles on them.
I bought the lasting impressions king size. It turned out to be a couple of inches shorter than advertised, about 75 or 75 inches. Works for us and husband is 6'2".
Re: Fridge will not run on propane while Traveling Down the Road
We had same problem with the Dometic in our 3610RE. Finally figured out it was a pinched propane line. Worked fine with slides out, not in. Just rerouted the line so it doesn't get pinched.

We stayed at Pontchatrain Landing a couple of years ago. They close the gates at night, have free shuttle to and from downtown, accept Passport America. My sister-in-law actually caught a couple of black drum right out her front door.
I bought a rv king a month or so ago. It arrived on the third day. measures 72 x 76 (not 80). Haven't had an opportunity to camp with it, but got it installed and lay on it for awhile. It feels like the tempurpedic I have in my house. Think we'll love it.
Ours was making clattering sounds. DH said it did it several times. Quit while we were in Gulfport on the way to San Antonio for Christmas.. Plugged in directly and everything worked. Sent surge protector back to Progressive and they replaced it even though it was passed the warranty period.
We installed the steadyfast system on our Big Horn and it does a much better job than the kingpin stabilizer. We still use the x-chocks occasionally depending on our location.
Update. Found the problem with the water pump. It was the wiring behind the monitor. The wire going to the pump was disconnected. Reconnected with a wire nut and water pump now works. While working in that area I pulled all the wiring out and found a few connections with no wire nuts and...
Yes I checked the fuse with a meter. Removed the wire nuts and checked. Disconnected the pump and got no power to the fuse. The pump will run with jumper. The same fuse runs the pump and the monitor for the battery, tank levels and gas hot water switch. Everything else works.
Will check the fuse...
Our water pump is not pumping. When turned on the light on switch comes on but nothing happens. Checked the fuse and it is good. There is no inline fuse. Hooked up battery jumper directly to pump and it worked. Checked the wiring to the monitor where switch is. Everything is tight. Seems like...
We stayed at Pontchartrain Landing a couple of years ago. Not the best area, but it is gated and they have a shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up. On a canal. Sister-in-law caught a couple of black drum right out the front door. They also accept Passport America.
We have 2011 3610RE. If I close the off door valves, the only one that opens is the door slide which allows access to the fridge. Have done this several times.

Looking at the pictures, it looks like you have either Steadyfast or JT Strongarm. May need adjusting. You can probably check their websites for instructions. We put the Steadyfast on our Big Horn and did away with the king pin stabilizer and x-chocks between the wheels. It is rock solid now.
You shouldn't have that much play. We have the Curt Q20 and pull with a 2007 F550 dually. Love the solid feel. Suggest you call the Curt distributor. They shipped us a replacement hitch no questions asked because of problems getting to the zerts for greasing. Replacement works better.
We have the 3610RE. Only problem I've had was the tape that holds the wiring to the back of the TV came loose and unplugged the TV. Easy fix and just replaced the tape. I check it regularly now.
I believe I only have one button in panel on my 2011 BH. Yes, it is for the slides. I have turned the hydraulics off to two of the slides and just opened the large slide on the door side. Worked fine.

I have a Big Horn I bought in Florida. I live in NC. The closest Heartland dealer is 90 miles but didn't want to service it when I had warranty issues. The next closest was 130 miles. I found a RV dealer 30 miles away that agreed to work on it. They are the service rep for Dometic so fixed...
