Face Plate pulling out on living room slide

The plate or cap plate onon the living room slide in our augusta is pulling out on the bottom again. This happened once while on Warranty(it was repaired) so I do not know how they repaired it. The plate is coming out at the bottom on both sides. Does anyone know how to replace it and secure so it does not happen again. I could post a picture if that would help. Don

Don; a picture would help, it sounds like the slide may be out of adjustment.

If it is the trim, they are held down with finishing nails. Mine has come loose on my Bighorn before and I just renailed it down with small finish nails.

If its like mine the center is a seperate piece ,take it off and you can secure with screws. The center trim is held on with brads ,not hard to get off.........Kenny
