2018 Bighorn 3270 ground clearance needed please

I have a 2018 Bighorn 3270 in the making and I am needing some help to find out what the distance from the rear wheels to the end of the trailer is. I am installing a driveway ram and the guy that's grading the ram needs to know what the percentage of the grade he will have to cut. We are removing a two ft high retaining wall and creating a ramp that travels 19 ft to a level pad, he is concerned about the end of the trailer scraping the ramp going up.

10' 6" Rear end from ground approx. 21" (frame bracket lowers clearance). From this you can calculate pitch.
