I realize that there is an alternate method to power the hydraulics associated with the front landing legs and slides, but is there an alternate way to open/close the bedroom slide on the 3010RE that is electric?

I cant speak for the 3010 RE, but I have a flexible shaft that will attach a cordless drill to the motor.
Look in your blue bag that holds the manuals for the rig.
If it is not in there, give Heartland Customer Service a call and ask them to send one out to you.

I have that "flexible shaft" and I thought that it was for the hydraulics. Does it also work for the drive gear that operates the bedroom slide?
