$9.00 to prevent slide floor de-lamination

4 grand My god ,,, Well I was took on this one . I just bought this 09 BH used off a lot back in June . Clean as a pin looked new , still had the plastic around the trim, and the stickers on the toilet, fireplace and shower. Paid top dollar but it " looked new" thought it would be ok, but I guess it had set out side since it was built in 08. I looked under the slide on the lot , could not tell anything was wrong till I got it home and read this post and started digging on it with a screw driver and the wood starts falling out.

I feel your pain I also have 09 BH but I have a soft spot in my kitchen floor that no way could be cause by a water leak, I wonder what thats going to cost

Can anyone tell me what the thickness of the plywood is? I have the de-lamination also. I'm planning on replacing it.
