A curious observation...Ashland vs Key West

In preparation for a new 5th wheel I noticed some curious numbers on the Ashland vs the Key West, as found on the HL site.

Ashland
Length 41' 5", Width 8', Height 13' 3"
3 slides
429 sq. ft.

Key West
Length 41' 2", Width 8', Height 13' 3"
4 slides
388 sq. ft.

The Key West is 3" shorter has a 4th slide yet is 41 sq. ft. less than the Ashland? Is this a misprint on the HL site, common core math or am I missing something here? Also, I thought 400 sq. ft. was the maximum for a 5th wheel.

Can anyone provide a link to the build sheets for the Ashland and Key West? I have searched this site with no results.

Thanks
Mike

It could be that the slides hold more cabinetry, which may not be considered square feet of living space? Just guessing.

On the Key West the fourth slide (door side Bedroom) holds the TV and cabinets. No additional living space. As for why that much of a difference though I can not speak to.
