A 1/2" drive torque wrench with the proper size socket for your lug nuts. It pays to check them at 50 miles, 200 miles, and then before each trip. I check mine every other day or so when towing too. Most of the time you won't find any loose, but better safe than sorry. The 12V compressor mentioned above comes in handy for checking tires every day before towing. It's important!
