I too have a 2008 2800RLS and have had only a couple of minor problems. Hot water heater leaking outside, small crack in the skylight over the shower, a loose day/night shade, and of course, the Coby DVD player. In all cases, Heartland took care of the issues. All at the dealer except the Coby. However, Heartland gave me a dollar limit that they approved so I could go out and buy my own and they promptly reimbursed me. We just got back from a 4500 mile trip around the Western U.S. and had ZERO issues with our rig. We absolutely love it and feel confident that Heartland stands behind their products.

I couldn't agree more Mark !! Never liked the Post title anyway... But ya got to admit the moderators let it run it's course. I'd say it shows the quality of this Forum ... no one can say it's ONLY for Cheer Leaders of Heartland !!
