Hydraulic Slide Push arm

Has anyone had to replace a seal on the Hydraulic push arm on one of the slide outs? If so, how difficult is it to repair, can one do it themselves or do you have to take in to the shop? If you take it into the shop about how much should it cost to have a seal replaced? My seal on the living room slide is broken, I can see it when the slide is out. Best get it fixed pretty quick, right?

Are you leaking oil or loosing pressure?
If not, personally I would not be real concerned at this point.
It might be easiest to just replace that hydraulic ram.
They are in the $200-$250 range. (link)
