LCI Level Up Read Out Screen Blank

I have a 3875FB and it's about three years old. We are on a 4 month run and when I went to move campgrounds yesterday the read out screen on my Basement control was blank. The system worked OK and I was able to retract my legs and move to the next site. When I got to the next site there still was no read out but, I engaged the Autolevel button the system did it's job but, I have no read out. The screen lights up but, there is no read outs.

What's going on and can I fix it in the field?

Maybe a connector not fully seated.

I had a similar issue on a 2015 big country. One day the display went out on level up controller. Every thing worked just display was blank.Tried several things to correct. Understood plugged controller, didn't help, power down rig didn't help.
Solution: replaced controller. Recommended by lippert.

Same thing happened to on my sisters Cougar. Had to replace controller. Here is the video showing you the process.
