LCI OneControl and HVAC

I have a 2021 Bighorn 3375SS with the LCI OneControl Wireless version. I do not see in this system any control option for the HVAC systems but on the Lippert websites and other rig manufacturer sites using Lippert One control I do see it advertised. Is this an option I neglected to request at purchase or a technical issue I need to get resolved? Should I see an option for HVAC control?

If no. Think adding the Lippers HVAC controller to the system is manageable?

So I just got off the phone with Lippert tech support and have my answer. The presence of thermostats on the wall means that the Lippert HVAC controller is not installed on the rig. The is an either/or proposition.

As much as I like this system, I wish they would have kept a manual button for all operations. In our 2021 Milestone, there are no buttons for the slides, lights, or awning that the system controls. Seems like a big single point of failure potential. We actually had an issue where the control panel stopped controlling the slides. Luckily a quick reboot of the system fixed that.
