Lines on screen when playing DVDs

I have a Magnadyne RV5090 stereo/CD/DVD player in my trailer. Since it was new, when playing a DVD, we see horizontal lines on the TV screen, slowing moving from bottom to top. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix? Thanks for your help.

Our did that for a bit. We ran a cleaning DVD thru the system. It helped.
