Any time I have heard any popping noises, it is always around the door-side front area near the landing gear. Well, I just was out to run my generator and check the battery water levels. While my head was in the compartment before I started the gen, I heard a "pop." I gave the rig a gentle shake and recreated the noise. It seemed like it was in the framework rather than the landing gear. Just an observation. fyi The temp here today was 51 and rapidly dropped to 36 in 90 minutes, coinciding with the "temperature fluctuation" reports.
