Problem Hooking up Satellite in RW 420

Hi:
We recently purchased a Road Warrior 420, having difficulty getting the satellite hooked up properly. The only way we seem to be able to get a signal to the living room television is to run the coax cable from the bedroom. Can anyone help me?

Thanks

Hi GerriBlack,

Congratulations on the new Road Warrior and welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum.

Here's a link to the COAX layout that should be for your rig. If you're connected to the right connector outside, the first stop should be the entertainment center, not the bedroom. If your unit isn't as shown, you may have to get a Toner from the hardware store to find out where each connection terminates inside.

Also, always a good idea to check for loose connectors. And don't assume labels are placed correctly. It's easy to get the cables swapped when they're hooked up to the back of the wall plates.
