Question about Slide Room

Is it safe to walk on or use the dinette in the main slide in the closed position when you are on the road and stop for a break? As I look at the structure of the slide room it looks weak so thought I should ask the question and not damage something. We picked up our new Elkridge 29RKSA last week. We could use the slide room closed on our old Carriage 5th Wheel.

Shouldn't be a problem, we do it in our Landmark, we put the slides out a bout half way and have lunch.

No problems with our Sundance.

Just be aware, there is a plate screwed into the slide floor where the carpet wraps in front of the slide facia. You don't want to step on that.
