Would someone from Heartland care to respond please? Or has this issue been taken care of?
Shoddy workmanship with Coaxial Cable Wiring/Connectors

Mine is a 2012 model year, likely not looked after yet. The frustrating part is that it is the single easiest, cheapest item to remedy, just do it right!

We have a 2009 Landmark Augusta. Nice design but lots of manufacturing issues. The outlet plug from the hot water tank broke, flooded the storage compartment and basement. When a cable is hooked into the rig's cable receptor, both TVs get poor quality reception on many channels. When the source cable is run through the window, the main TV works as it should. This is obviously not a long term solution because of security. In addition to screws falling out all around the rig, the ceiling fan never did work and had to be replaced. All of these problems are associated with poor quality control. We thought Heartland was a high quality brand. Researching current owners may have prevented this purchase.

can you imagine if nasa used the heartland wiring techs on the space shuttle? HOUSTON, WE HAVE A PROBLEM.
