This may be the right place to mention my Flex Track disaster.
On the 3600RL under the slide with the desk, TV and audio is a Flex Track as on most of the other slides. However: this Flex Track carries the wiring for 5 speakers, 3 coax cables, a 110V and a 12V wire.
The slide racks are guided by cams on a square axle alongside the body of the RV.
When extending the slide, the square axle grabbed the harness of the 5 speaker wires and proceeded to wind the wires around itself! This in turn pulled the Flex Track and next the rest of the cables and wires. It was a mesh.
Lippert mailed a new Flex Track to my camping site but that was only part of the problem. Fixing and splicing the cables (and figuring what goes where!) was the real nightmare.
Moral of this story: keep an eye on the Flex Tracks under your slides and make sure wires cannot easily be pulled between axle and RV body.
