slideout exterior seals

my slideout seals on the top of slide opening are coming unglued!bedroom slide and kitchen slide.does anyone know the proper way and glue to reattatche these seals?and why glue when they could be screwed.my 2900mk is an 09 so im sure warranty is up and i dont think my extended warranty covers seals

I didn't think they were glued. Mine are held in with screws and a trim piece.

screwed on each end and self adhesive type in the middle.my big slide is all screwed.thanks ray,uaw all the way.
