Do you have any problem with balance? This is what I want to do on my dually.

Same here. I have stainless simulators and the four handholes are quite q bit smaller then the factory steel wheels openings. Dang near impossible to check w/o taking off the simulators. TDH--where from, and how much?

I do not know how to answer the balance question . Both of the vehicles are so big that I do not think I would notice a shake unless it was real bad.

As for were & how much. I got them on eBay for get this 9.99 a peice & 8.00 shipping. They were new but old stock.
