We just took our new BH 3970RD for its initial shakedown a few weeks ago. Our Frigidaire water supply valve is located under the kitchen sink on the cold water supply line. Well, during our initial outing, we could not get water to the refrigerator ice maker or water dispenser. The supply valve, which is a 90 degree valve, was verified open. Finally, we pulled out the lower storage drawer opposite the kitchen island, behind which is where the line comes up from the RV belly to the back of the refrigerator, and found the supply line completely kinked. It appears that a lot of care was absent at the factory when running this line, as it was just shoved up in the area. I fixed the line myself and got the water supply working but intend on replacing it with a 15-20' rubber/stainless braided line when the weather warms back up, since these ice maker supply lines are too cheap and brittle to rely on for line integrity. I recommend checking your whole water line run once you get the valve fixed.
