We have Splendide stackables. I just read some reviews online and they'd give me some concern about customer services. Maybe you could get that number and give them a call to see if you believe there's validity in the reviews. Just my 2¢ worth.

We've never had an issue finding a site. Just go on Google Earth because we've found trees with low limbs that required work around and sometimes a site relocation.

I agree with Erika. Look around the lots at the dealer. You'll see many different brands. RV dealers are resellers of multiple manufacturer products. They try to be everything to everyone - don't like one trailer, here's another.

Taking notes and communicating what's in those notes are two different things. I had my staff in the same meeting taking notes, but you'd think they were in different meetings sometimes when they when they each wrote reports.

I'd check with Heartland also to see what type of repair authorization was requested vs what you expected to be requested. Could be different.

We never just drop off anything, be it auto, RV, jewelry, appliance, pet, clothing, etc, and rely on receiving a response or progress update. We check regularly via phone or in person. It's unfortunate that people don't keep their word and even lie, but it happens. You have to be your own...

If you bought it from dealer inventory, check the batteries anyway. Dealers have been known to "borrow" assets from rigs on the lot to do repairs on rigs in the shop or being suddenly sold. Just saying.

Get them off your trailer sooner rather than later. First blowout at less than 3,000 miles was in the Nevada desert miles from civilization. Tore off a fender. We thought one and done - nope, second and third had sidewall bubbles. Fourth one was a blowout that took out the hydraulics on the...

Just responding to your final question which appears of most concern to you. Staying overnight serves two purposes - finding any issues that weren't apparent during the walkthrough and additional use of the features. It's amazing to find out what you don't remember about how some things work...

Our dealer did a great job installing our Splendides. We told them exactly what we wanted and they fulfilled. Great job by McGeorge's.

Give a call to Heartland anyway. Dealers sell multiple manufacturers and may not be well versed on the nuances between the models you're interested in.

I agree - call Heartland yourself. Dealers can be less than clear in communications. We've found that when we have called Heartland ourselves, they have been responsive and accurate in providing what we need.

Diesel is $1.96 at Murphy Express on 501 east of Conway near Carolina Forest SC. Regular is $1.62.

We have on our 3670RL BH. No problems at all. Will always order them.

We liked Canyon Trail RV Park in Boulder City, NV. It's not in Las Vegas, but an easy drive in or to Hoover Dam (make sure you take the dam tour) and to several ghost towns. Not sure about shuttles since we drove in and valeted the truck.

Did you operate the level up system several times so that the two fluids were well mixed? That was what made our popping stop. If you search the forum, you can find a lot of info on it.
