I have the universal adaptor plate with the shims on the sides set screws. It has the single set screw at the kingpin. I had the 1/4 bolt taken out and redrilled with a larger bolt. The 1/4" bolt bent after falling off. Since putting larger bolt I have not had that problem. Sent from my iPad...
