Whoo Hoo! we are up to 14 rigs now! Now that's a rally!
Looking for any input on activities you'd like. I also will need help with a few items to make things run smoothly. If you have a talent or a desire to help with anything, please let me know. A really fun rally involves everyone and I'd like to include as many as possible that would like to help or plan activities. As much as you want or as little as you like. Mostly another pair of hands at our sign in and activities. The real time consuming items have been taken care of by some of our other Heartland family. Thank you Larry & Dale!
While I have enjoyed the casual atmosphere of our other smaller rallies and have made some wonderful friends, I'm really looking forward to meeting so many of our other Heartland owners at one time. Now we'll really need those name badges!

You know we'll help out with whatever you need. We are taking that Friday off so we can get there fairly early that day and help get stuff setup.

Is Larry doing the raffle part? What do you need Larry? How can we help? I have a big roll of raffle tickets left over from our rally last year. There is plenty for Oroville and Winchester Bay.

I also promise I will make my reservations for Winchester no later than Wednesday. I have to check with Bren to see if she and Dave are coming with us.

About the only thing I haven't thought about for the rally is decorations. I'll have to check the dollar store and big lots, although the only thing they'll probably have is Valentines stuff. I've already got the tourist info from Oroville, working on goody bag stuffers and a couple prizes for Horseshoe tourney. This is where my car show experience comes in handy...LOL Begging is an art form.

We may be down to Redding for a night or two next month, without the trailer, but its a way out of town anyway. Maybe we can get together then and talk about what needs to be done.

Robin & Rich. Thank you very much for your offer of help. I promise not to work you too hard. I'll let you know as we get a little closer what I'll need. I think mostly some help at registration, but it looks like a lot of us will be there the day before, so that may not be bad either?

I failed to mention that we got the package for the first two days and the other days are reserved for us, but we have to go back into the office and basically reregister for the remaining days.

People who have already booked their reservation can probably request the package..

I booked this with Stefanie at the KOA Campground office...

I just called and switched our reservation to take advantage of the deal. They have to refund the deposit you have already paid, charge you a new deposit (1st night) for the two night package deal and then you pay for additional nights when you get there along with the second night of the package.

It takes them a few minutes to get the computer to do all the gymnastics, but it should work.
