INTRODUCTION - Arkansas Chapter Leaders

Congratulations and thank you, Paul and Mona Blankenship (WitnessProtection) for volunteering to be the Chapter Leaders for the Arkansas Chapter in the South Central Region. The Arkansas Chapter includes the entire state of Arkansas.

Paul and Mona are taking over the Chapter Leader position from Billy Summit who retired after the last Arkansas Chapter Rally. THank you, Billy, for all you did for your chapter and the Heartland Owners Club.
