I believe that the movement causing the sealant to break free is from excessive frame flex. Had the same thing on my 07 cedar Creek 34sats . The 07 ended up with bent and twisted frame and it also had several 2 inch cracks.On our previous rig, on the 5th wheel overhang (under the bedroom) area, the caulking would crack and separate when hitched. (Notice this caulking has been redone a few times. I'm better at it now than back then.) And then close up when unhitched.

There was so much lateral stress one spindle broke off the axel.
Progressive totaled it and handed me a check for what I paid for it new , plus 1200
