San Juan Island - Lavender

Good Morning Heartland Family

Sarah and I are going to be on Whidbey Island staying at the Naval Station and while there we want to go visit the Lavender fields on San Juan Island. I've done the mandatory Google Search looking for ferry service between the islands and all I find are offers for whale watching tours. While seeing whales would be great, I really need some guidance on how to get around on San Juan Island and how to get to the Lavender fields. We will have a car with us and I'm ok with taking a vehicle ferry and driving around on our own.

I'm confident that a member of our Heartland Family will have the key to our puzzle!
