Squeaky Rockers in Sundance

I am trying to find a solution for the squeaks in the swivel rockers in the Sundance 5th wheel. The noise is very irritating, to say the least. If the factory has a remedy for this problem, I would certainly appreciate hearing it, since taking it back to the dealership would be very inconvenient. We think it is the wood that is squeaking, not the springs.

Any ideas?

We also had the same problem with those swivel rockers in our Sundance, which drove us up the wall. It is definitely in the wooden part - simply turn rockers upside down and tighten the screws - problem was solved just like that. No need taking back to dealer for this simple fix.
