What did you do to your camper today?

Washed all the New Mexico and West Texas dirt and road grime off the trailer and then replaced the "Landmark" decals on the sides that had been removed by the previous owner. Now instead of looking like a Big Horn that has had the "Big Horn" name removed from the sides, it looks like a Big Horn that someone has put "Landmark" identification logos on the sides of.

Cool beans, George . . .

Can't wait to meet up with you again!

Are you comin' to Colorado this summer?

We still have a little of the New Mexico dust on our Prowler, although most of it got washed off the day we got home from New Mexico in that huge hail store we had here in Denver (they are now calling it the most expensive and destructive storm in Denver's history)!

These were both taken within an hour of when we got home from the New Mexico HOC Rally two weeks ago.

We had just driven through downtown Denver about 15 minutes before the baseball-sized hail dropped from the sky.

We had no damage as far as I know.

Wow, you were being looked after that day. Great there was no damage.

Finally got around to replacing my original battery that came with my coach. Was gonna go with two regular wet cells but decided to go with a single AGM from Sam's. Here is what I go...

https://m.samsclub.com/ip/duracell-...nd-rv-battery-group-size-sl34magm/prod3590225

I got this one instead of the larger one as we currently do not have an inverter and spend majority of our time plugged in.

Now to wait for it to cool off some so I can replace my awning led lights for the 3rd time.

I looked at the smaller ones, but because we like to travel to winter destinations, it's better for us to have extra battery capacity "just in case" power goes out.

Can't go wrong with these Duracell though, I read they are made by Deka.

Had a Winegard Trav'ler rooftop dish installed today. Took advantage of the Goshen Rally special pricing.

Wow, Dan I would have expected you to do a self install. Did you go Dish or Direct?

Well, in preparation for our trek to Goshen, I used Wash n' Wax on the Big Country. This is my first time using the product, and I was very impressed how well it worked. I did the whole rig by myself using microfiber towels and a ladder, then got anything else I couldn't reach from the roof. I did the front cap Sunday morning. I did the door side and back cap Monday morning. The off door side this morning, and this evening I got the walls over the slides and awning from the roof. -- I did this over three days because it was getting hot outside, and I didn't want to work on the rig in direct sun.

Surprisingly, I'm not sore from the project!

Btw, we are expecting rain the next 2 days, and likely drive in rain going to Goshen. So it probably won't look this good when we get there.

Installed the Glo Step Revolution on our Landmark. Really like them. Hardest part was getting the old ones off.

WOW!! That looks amazing, which brand of "Wash n' Wax" did you use? I looked on Amazon and all the following have products they call "Wash n' Wax"; Mother's, Meguiar's, FW1, and Aero Cosmetics. I guess the easiest thing would be to take my trailer up to Cisco and let you do it since you are now experienced. It really looks great.

Aero Cosmetics. It was designed for airplanes originally.

Here's what I bought:

Waterless Car Wash Wax Kit 144 oz. Aircraft Quality Wash Wax for your Car RV & Boat. Guaranteed Best Waterless Wash on the Market https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00X04JRMU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_f1Rlzb29YVM82

Guys, I hate to tell you, there's one product missing that you have to use to get the results. Elbow grease! I hope you all have some. (Not as much as hand
Washing and then old-fashioned waxing, though!)

There's a mop that Aero Cosmetics also has that is supposed to make it easier and no ladder needed. I didn't want to make that purchase, but I can see how it would help.

Purchased the whole kit and caboodle at the last Goshen rally. I wash the old way once a year and then use Wash Wax All the rest of the year. The pole I tools make it easy to keep it up on the road. You can get into all the nooks and crannies by hand better, but on the road it is a time and back saver. By the way I use the small scrubber with Bugs-N-All for the front cap. Makes quick work of it.

This is my plan! Have been remiss the first year, relying on stops at Blue Beacon. But this is so easy, I'll probably stay on top of it better.

Erika, I just ordered my kit a few minutes ago and if everyone who has ordered it uses it, the next run will be on sun glasses to protect the eyes from the shine.

PS: What kind of commission are you getting from all these sales? If you aren't, you should.
