Window Replacement

I have a few question on replacing one of my frameless windows on my 2015 Bighorn 3570RS. What should I use to seal the new frameless window once I remove the broken one, silicone or foam weather strip tape.
My other question is how to remove the window treatment inside the trailer so that I remove the window
Any information will be appreciated

I was as under the impression that the rv industry had gone to automotive caulking like used by auto glass repair shops.This was to prevent leaking which used to be an issue with this style window.
I would contact Heartland customer service directly and get the type used,they should be able to supply brand name as well.
