    Location of A/C control boxes?

Landmark Lafayette , 3 A/C's, trying to find where the control boxes for the thermostats are physically located. Just going to change from those Dometic touch Thermostats. I am jsut not a fan of them at all so without ripping panels off, I am jsut curious if anyone happens to be able to point...

    Thomas Payne recliner cupholders

Same issue. Needing a control box for a set of Thomas Payne recliners. Rectangular cups with a flip that flips over and covers the cup holder. Either way, on the lookout for the controller. Someone straight up, just stole the controle box. The chair has practical no marking anywhere outside...

Different Question: Slideout Toppers with an Awning issue.

Thanks gentlemen , shipping update has been pushed a couple days so the toppers won't be finished until Thursday at the soonest. Thank You Jim for taking care of that. It seemed like the system automatically rotated a vertical picture to horizontal. Maybe I missed something somewhere.

Different Question: Slideout Toppers with an Awning issue.

So the topper going on the slideout that already has the awning installed ended up being the last one I was going to tackle. Couple reasons. 1. I wanted to get the other 4 under my belt because they were more normal scenario install. 2. When I opened the tube that the slide toppers come shipped...

Different Question: Slideout Toppers with an Awning issue.

Thank You. I believe I figured it out. Fingers Crossed. Install will be starting this week. 5 slides. I might be able to get 2 a day done. I'm not as quick as I used to be, which wasn't super fast then. Pictures to come.

Different Question: Slideout Toppers with an Awning issue.

I'll start out with a little information then get in to the question. I have had slideout toppers on my other Landmark, we like them, they are going on to the new rig. I measured the slides, there are 5 on this rig, no issue with how to measure, the slide are on the way. VERY comfortable with...

    sleep number bed

Camping World sells 2 - Sleep Number Models for RV's. You can probably just check their website for information on the sizes they offer. I believe they are an R3 and an R5 with the R5 being a little more expensive but not sure fully on the differences between them.

Who has upgraded to the MORryde pin box..?

So Jay you guys had a noticable difference going from the Mor Ryde to the Trail-Air? I have been eyeballing that one for quite some time. hmmmmmm. To Original Poster. I upgraded my 2011 Landmark Key Largo from the regular standard pin box it came with to a Mor Ryde at the Heartland Rally back...

Wow it has been a while

Hi everybody. I almost feel like having to re-introduce myself. Life sort of took over for a few years and we haven't been using the RV nearly as much as planned when we first got it. But . . . We are hoping that is changing back and we'll be getting back out on the road, back in to some...

Onan 5500 issues running reading codes and parts

if I were as frequent on the forums as I used to be this may have saved me a few $$$ like others I was headed to a race. Actually in Nov at Texas Motor Speedway. Got to the track, trailer pretty much all set up. Went to start the generator (Onan 5500) and the same ol' sad story. Surging...

Landmark Key Largo front side wall seems to be seperating from under bedroom wall.

Thanks everyone for the replies. All great ideas and I was also thinking this may be something Heartland may need to fix and a dealership couldn't. The latest email response was zero help just only as an FYI for anyone reading. I sent the photos I attached above along with my VIN sticker that...

Landmark Key Largo front side wall seems to be seperating from under bedroom wall.

that's a good idea. Next time I head to storage I'll just hook it up and take all the weight off the jacks and see if it closes or opens more. And put my gopro on it just for some more documentation.

I'm not really sure if this is the appropriate spot to post the question, if not I apologize. Just because I am having difficulty getting an answer so I haven't been able to get an answer to my problem so I don't know the next step to take. Morryde Rubberized PinBox

    Morryde Rubberized PinBox

I had never really given much through to the aftermarket pinbox's or shall I say I thought about them but I never pushed that mod to the top of my to do list for my trailer. Boy how wrong was I to do that. At the Goshen Rally Morryde was have a rally special for their rubberized pinbox, the...

    RV Trip Wizard

    Let's Talk Vacuums!

I'm surprised to hear that about the Dyson, I wasn't even aware that the handhelds didn't come with powered heads. I replaced our large vacuum at home back when the very first handheld Dyson came out and it's still going great and will suck like nobodies business :) I have found out that...

    RV Trip Wizard

I just started using it after seeing someone mention it here and while it does take some playing around with to learn, it is quite a valuable little website. What did you do to your camper today?

While I was at Walmart I picked up some Soft Dots to put on the back corners of cabinets and drawers. So now instead of a loud wood on wood smack when they close, there is just more of a thud. A little thing but I like them better. So far I've done all the overhead cabinets in the living...

What did you do to your camper today?

Had Morryde installed their rubberized pin box, had the trailer washed and waxed from head to toe. Installed a new window in the door, put on the RVLock a set of Lippert aluminum quad steps and the Winegard Trav'ler satellite installed. A little more done than in the average week.

    dometic thermostat

A lot of residential thermostats use 24v as opposed to our RV's and 12v. I've been reading and it's possible to use a 24VDC Transformer and Relays and I've gotten in contact with someone on another forum to see if he will send me his diagram and parts list. I have the Dometic Comfort Control...

Need help buying a new hitch.

Typically you'll want a hitch rated about the GVWR of the trailer. This is more for the " just in case " moments. It is surprising how quickly you can add weight to an RV. If all water and holding tanks are full, if you have a generator added + fuel. Clothes, chairs, satellite, etc etc the list...

Need help buying a new hitch.

1st you want to identify the GVWR which should be the MAX amount your trailer should ever weigh fully loaded. Then you want a hitch rated for a higher weight rating. Example my trailer has a GVWR of just over 16,000lbs so my hitch is rated for 18,000lbs. I currently have Reese in my truck now...

    winegard trav'ler dish network 1000

I just had mine installed today at the rally as well. I'll try to remember to climb up there tomorrow and get a picture of where he mounted the dish so you can see from that view. Mine is on a Landmark KeyLargo. I have noticed many rigs here with that dish mounted in many different places so...

    Direct TV for your trailer.

You have 2 options for HD DirecTV. The Winegard TRAV'LER or a Dish on a tripod. The TRAV'LER / Slimline roof mount dish is the only automatic type dish I found to work with DirecTV HD. I also have the VuCube which is a smaller easily movable automatic satellite dish but it will only pickup...

To everyone at the rally. Does anyone know of a good mattress dealer in this area?
