I am so shocked and sad in hearing this, what a loss he was a great friend and he will be missed so much, and our prayers go out to Mary and the rest of his family
R.I.P. my Brother
Texas took 6 weeks, but when I got to Kansas it only took 3 1/2 weeks, The reason I have both is I'm a Kansas Resident but stays in texas 6 month of the year and I have to have one in Kansas cause being a resident of Kansas the Texas one in only good for 180 days if I was a full time resident of...
We winter in Rockport and have for the last 4 years out park charges .15 cents a kilowatt hr we jut paid our Dec bill and we used or fireplace and it was $125.00 the highest it has been
Re: Have a Problem. Not sure who to blame
I have had this same problem ever since I have had my Landmark was told that it was the regulator but I just move the tanks around
Mark & Renita Glad to here that Heartland took care of your Camper which I could say the same, all they told me was that I had a one year warranty and the floor rooting out was my fault not there's even that we had water leaks from day one Hope to see you guys soon
I have had three other campers and one after three years they paid to fix a problem that was their fault and I didn't have to pay $90,000.00 for it ether
Make them fix it the right way, cause when the warranty is up at the end of the 1st year they will not do anything to help you. I know this first hand. If they would use a good product on the floor to start with this problem would not happen
Re: Bighorn problems.
Just be sure you get everything in writing from Heartland about your water leaks cause when the floor rot's out in a year or so and they tell you to bad should of had it fixed in the first year under warranty. That is what happened to us on our Landmark
We seen it just before we closed it up for the summer and then when we got back here in Oct 1 we seen it and called them about a week later and they just got out here last Thursday and came back today. From what they tell me it has probably been leaking since it was new.
Mark Thanks for your reply but this thing is not towed it has all of 20 miles on it and the water pressure here is about 40lb no more and we have had water leaks from day one and some was fixed under warranty but the wood if that is what call this stuff is gone.
Just a note to let everyone know that if you see a little water around the bottom of your stool get it fixed ASAP ours started leaking and now we have to have the floor in the bathroom replaced This is a 2011 so it is only 3 years old. Also because of leaks in the storage compartment we have to...
We have one that was on our Landmark when we bought it, and it is a big piece junk quit working within a week replaced and was still s piece of junk. We are getting ready to get one of the new rv-locks seen them and used one like it.
We have the 4 step and it is not good the top step is ripping had to put a 2x6 under it to keep it from getting worse Going to build a deck when we get back to Texas
Glad you are all ok. and welcome to the Heartland group. Where are you from in Kansas? we are in Kansas City, Kansas. Hope to see you on the road or at a rally some where
We have the stackable washer and dryer in our 2011 Landmark and would not go with the all in one. We got ours from sears when got the Landmark and it has two circuits in that washer dryer area so you can wash and dry at the same time my wife loves it
I have had that same issue, but not in the W/D area cause we have a W/D in that area. What I have done is changed the black water chemicals to a emzine type that I get at Camper Clinic in Rock Port Texas and that has elimnated the oder smell
I had to replace the seal in my 310, I tried cleaning, and vaseline but it still leaked out, replaced it and no problem. And I am like you this is our forth fifthwheel and the time we have had this happen
I have had leaks from day one most of them are fixed. The one that was the worst was a dealers fault you dont put in a new water line to the ref. and not hook it up under the rv and then leave the valve open. the last one was plastic fittings in a brass valve. put we love our Landmark
I don't think concrete has anything to do with tires going bad. My RV I had before I got my Landmark was 11 years old and was always on concrete in the driveway or in storage and when I traded it in it had the original tires on it. It only had 5800 miles on it and I checked them before we went...
I have been dealing with the VA since 1968 and they have done so so. Two years ago the !@#* person in Wichita Ks tells me they lost my records and as I told him you done have this stuff copied and on a disk someplace and he said no. put you have to remember that 80% of the people that work in...
:mad:We have a 2011 Landmark Augusta and the day we need the air it don't work. We thought we where getting the top of the line but I can see that is not true. All we get is a humming sound and not fan or air
