X2 on the 2-3" foam topper. We bought a decent quality one from kohls and love it. It a quarter the cost of a replacement mattress and since we only recreationally use our fiver we couldn't justify the expense of replacing the mattress. Now if i was fulltiming maybe.

I've always been a big michelin fan, but any good load range E tire will be fine. Just make sure the ratings ate satisfactory for your load application. Lately I've been getting toyo and have been happy also.

Just get a pittsburg from HF. Have a 3 ton rapid pump from them I've used in my shop for years. Wouldn't waste money on anything more expensive than those.

The Maxxis M8008 are probably one of the better of the lighter duty trailer tires. I believe there only available in 8 ply in you're size.. As was slready pointed out DONOT buy the goodyear marsthons..

I have the same hitch as you do, took it out myself once ��.. After i got my kubota tractor i now use the front end loader and a couple straps, much easier now. Lol

Thanks everyone so much.. Little emmie is a tough little nugget and is still doing great. I changed her diaper tonight and was so scared but i suppose there not gonna break, lol. The nicu is definitely an experience i wont forget and god bless all the nurses and doctors that do that work.

Mom and little peanut are doing well.. Little one was on a ventilator for a day but they've weened her off and shes eating and otherwise doing very well considering her tinyness. The Dr's are expecting a few weeks in the nicu to grow some more but are expected to be home after the new year.

Same here in PA alit of the state park websites say that a particular spot can accommodate a such and such size unit but in our experience they are pretty far off sometimes.

Most state parks in PA and NY that ive been to usually have quite a few spots that can accommodate a larger trailer like you are looking at.. As for the gas engine, theres no doubt you can find a trailer that would match up to the weight ratings of a gasser properly equiped but probably not on...
