Dutch & I were online retailers for the MB for over 5 years & continue to try to help people when we can. If you would like to call me at 941-416-0918 10 am to 10 pm eastern time 7 days a week. We can do our best to get you going again. Hugs, Di
On our 2015 Dodge, all 6 tires were monitored with the factory TPMS but I don't know about Ford. When we had our 96 Dodge, we used a braided line we purchased at Camping world & put curved extensions on to bring the inner stem to the outside wheel which made installing our TST system much...
Re: Fast one by tst? Misunderstanding by OP
I'm so sorry but I did not see the followup post where TST told you the same thing. I'm glad you are now a "happy Camper" again. Hugs, Di
Re: Fast one by tst? Misunderstanding by OP
While I'm not saying this is what has happened to you, I had a customer once with exactly the same complaint. Every time I tried to explain that it was a brand new unit, he said "but it has scratches all over the face". I told him there was a...
Well our day didn't go as planned did it. I've apparently lost a whole Day!!! I hate that we missed the meet and greet but hopefully I can work my way around to meet some of you tomorrow. Hugs, Di
Dutch & Di arrived late afternoon but had some "business stuff" to take care of so didn't get to track down any rally goers. Is there a list of where everyone is parked? We are in the Carriage in site #6040. We'll definitely be at the meet and greet tomorrow afternoon.
I'm going to set up my...
That new head should take care of pulling the hair out of YOUR head!. Ours has worked fantastic since the new head was put on back in July. Hugs, Di
It is so great to see so many welcoming comments to fellow attendees. We are looking forward to attending this rally and meet all you great people. Hugs, Di
We have the Big Foot Leveling system and we still needed our permanently installed stabilizers. While the BF did offer a level of stabilization, that is not it's main purpose and we still needed stability. We had our stabilizers both before & after BF and have been nice and solid for almost 9...
Since you haven't discovered the source of the smell, you could liberally sprinkle baking soda over all of the carpet. Close up & turn on the a/c if possible. When you get home from work, vacuum several times. You could also do it again just before going to bed so it can absorb overnight and...
We really enjoyed seeing the Manatees and other wonderful animals/birds/gators, etc in Homosassa. It is a beautiful placeThe website is .http://www.floridastateparks.org/homosassasprings/default.cfm
It's about 40 miles east of Wildwood and well worth the visit. Hugs, Di
We bought the Curt Hitch when we ordered our 2014 Dodge 3500 dually. It was a nightmare. After 18 years of fulltiming, it would take forever to get the darned thing to "click" in. We were soooo frustrated. I finally found yet another Dodge dealer and poured out my heart. He said he felt we...
I agree that any leveling system is just that. It will offer a bit of stability but that is not it's main intent. When we had the Big Foot Leveling System put on, it did offer a bit of stability over nothing but we still needed our stabilizers. Hugs, Di
We too have been using a similar product for over 8 years on both our regular jacks and then for our Big Foot Leveling system jacks. Don't even notice the washer on spin cycle and strong winds no longer concern me at all. Hugs, Di
Some if depends on what type of camping you do. If you are a weekender or occasional user, the movement you get might not bother you & a Tri pod might me enough. Being fulltimers we needed more than the Tri pod. While it helped to a degree, it didn't do what I wanted. Dutch even added an...
I can only state our personal opinion which is Yes They Work. We purchased the TST brand over 4years ago and have been very pleased with it. We have a 38' triple and pull it with our new 2014 Ram. Within the 1st 600 miles it saved us twice.
The 1st time was because we still have rubber...
We have had no interior movement for over 8 years. Being fulltime that is a big thing for me. We went with permanently installed aftermarket stabilizers for the front and rear. Hugs, Di
Permanently mounted aftermarket stabilizers that attach to your jacks, will take care of almost all of the "rocking" you are talking about. We've been using stabilizers for 8 years and once they were installed Mamma was & is a happy camper. Nice workmanship on those chocks.Hugs, Di
We have found that 20% above and 15% below cold tire pressure works best for us in our travels. Keep in mind the "settings" are guidelines and can be set for your personal travel and preferences. Hugs, Di
Put us in the no tripod group. We tried that for years but never did work for us. Once we installed aftermarket permanently mounted stabilizers we were happy as clams. That's what works for us. Hugs, Di
We've had our TST system for almost 5 years. The biggest "save" for us was when a brake caliper stuck! The built up heat caused the monitor to go off showing 165!!!. Pulled off the road, waited for everything to cool down and checked pulled the wheel. Found the stuck caliper, but that...
There are aftermarket stabilizer systems that permanently attach to your jacks {electric or hyduaulic} that do a great job of reducing unwanted movement inside your rig. Once installed they "follow" your jacks up or down. Once they are down and level, just tighten the triangular knob and you...
I think some of it depends on your layout and weight. We're large and heavy and we tried the Bi-Pod and then added aftermarket rear arm jacks. While they both helped some, there was too much movement for us so we installed our stabilizers. Now we are nice and solid and that makes Mama happy...
We have a stackable washer and dryer and had shaking on the spin cycle too. When we added permanently installed stabilizers to eliminate interior movement, a bonus was that it also took care of the shaking on spin cycle. Works for us. Hugs, Di
It seems that once in awhile, it's like our computers and needs to be rebooted. What we have done on the few time we had that happen is pull over when we can then remove the sensor, wait 1 full minute then put it back on. I usually turn the monitor off 1st. It's not needed really but I like...
We've had our max brake for over 3 years of fulltime use and never a problem. Wouldn't be without it. We had the Jordon Ultima before that and thought that was great til we tried the Max Brake. You won't be sorry fer sure!!! Di
Just do a google search of TST tire pressure monitoring systems and you'll see results. We have used the 510 & 507 systems. I personally like the 510 system because I like the monitor better. It is easier to read where we keep it and like the fact that we don't have to worry about replacing...
Re: Kinpin Stabilizer
We too tried a bi Pod 1at then added extra rear jacks and while they helped some they did not work for us. We added our permanently mounted stabilizers over 6 years and have been happy campers ever since. Hugs, Di
Our personal experience with the Big Foot Leveling System is that they are just that, a leveling system. While they can help reduce movement, we had to continue with our permanently mounted stabilizers and are very satisfied now. Diana
We don't have LevelUp but we do have the Big Foot Leveling System. While it does offer some stabilization, that is not it's or LevelUps purpose. We use a permanently mounted stabilizing system and cannot tell when someone is moving around or when the washer is on spin cycle. Hope this...
We too tried the Bi-Pod route and it didn't do much for us. Since we're 38' and have a rear entertainment center we also tried an extra set of arm jacks at the very rear. Helped a bit but nothing took care of our interior movement until we added our permanently mounted stabilizer system. Now...
I have to agree with TX Bobcat. We put the Big Foot on about a year and a half ago. We are totally happy with it. We had Power Plus levelers on before that and while they were very good, we felt the BF System offered more. Diana
