    With the pump up there with the engine, it most likely getting hot. Fuel pumps like to stay cool and pump cool fuel, hot fuel will vaporize and you will get a vapor lock.

    Which adaptor are you using?? Does it have a 30 amp male plug AND a 20 amp male plug?? Or just a 30 amp male plug?? If it has 2 male plugs and only pluging one in, you are only suppling half of the electrical system with power.
