    Changing tail light

If they are LED's, you change the assembly. If they are grommet mounted, push in on one side until it turns side ways or falls in. Then you can remove the grommet and remove the light assembly.

Backing into a tight 90 degree opening?

There are a lot of variables to this equation. But, if I understand the situation, I would drive as far as I can on the opposite side of the turn to get as much distance as I can, start the turn a little late as to over shoot the turn, this will get the trailer as far over as possible to get a...

Anybody out there experience this 120/240 issue.

You have an open common. No return path for the electric, it is trying to return on the other leg, the reason for the high voltage. Check the pedestal, if it is OK, make sure your common and ground wires are tight in the breaker box, transfer switch, receptacle for the cord, cord reel, etc..

fresh water drain valve has disappeared ??

Yes you can use the pump to drain the tank with no ill affects. Matter of fact, on our coach, there is a valve setting for power draining of the fresh water tank using the pump.

    Universal docking centers?

We have a "Classic" 06 Landmark Mt. Rushmore, we have owned for 3 years now. We have had very little trouble with it as well. Now I have done a few mods that enable me to fill the fresh water tank a whole bunch easier: removed 2 of the 4 vents which enable me to get a full load of water and...

Can I tow without Tow Package?

Depending on manufacture, the tow package can contain many different things if not all of them. Need Some Truck Opinions

You did get some use of the truck, that is what they are seeing, being very little at that. The courts would not give you 100% either, plus you would have attorney's fees and such if you went that way anyways. That equates to $0.11 per mile, you couldn't rent anything for that, and you would...

Pocket Tazer Stun Gun, a great gift for the wife. HIS STORY. Last weekend I saw something at Larry's Pistol & Pawn Shop that sparked my interest. The occasion was our 15th anniversary and I was looking for a little something extra for my wife Julie. What I came across was a 100,000-volt...

Went shopping for dinner today I asked, "In what aisle can I find the Polish sausage?" The clerk asks, "Are you Polish?" Not offended, I said, "Yes I am. But let me ask you something. If I had asked for Italian sausage, would you ask me if I was Italian? Or if I had asked for German...

    Dodge Ram Longhorn

We have a 2010, 350 hp 650 torque, been to Key West and to Vegas with it from South West Mo. It has been flawless, we now have 35,000 miles on it. The exhaust brake works way better then the GM or the Ford. We pull a fully loaded Landmark, gets 9.8 doing 70. We are very happy with it.

    Fresh Water Filling

Shouldn't be to hard. May take a little thought and route planning, one idea comes to mind; find a location that you can run a line through the UDC in one side out the other. Install the valve in the line in the UDC, the line will be more than adequate to support the valve.

    Fresh Water Filling

In our unit, there is 2 sliding doors that allow access to the back side of the water heater and UDC. For the braided hose, you can force it on the Pex fittings, but you should use a screw type hose clamp on it.

    Fresh Water Filling

I have an 06 Landmark, I used Pex water line and valve. I installed it in the basement right behind the panel to access the water heater bypass next to the valves that switch from tank to city to power drain to winterize. You can get them at Lowe's and Home Depot. I am a contractor and have...

    Fresh Water Filling

Another way around filling through the gravity fill, is to install a Tee fitting in the line from the city hook up and one in the feed line from the tank to the pump. Connect these two lines together with a valve in it somewhere where it can be readily accessed. While hooked to city water...

    Bighorn - wheel rating?

Re: ATF: Bighorn - wheel rating? You can put the G rated tire on any rim it will fit. If you are trying to increase your load capacity, you need to worry about more than the wheels. Axle and springs are still limiting you to what they are rated at. As long as the wheel is rated for the axle...

    Fresh Water Filling

There is a low spot in the fill hose, the vent hose, or both. Gain access to behind the gravity fill station, remove both hoses and pull them up to remove any low spot. Either support them to get them to drain, or cut them shorter to keep water from being trapped in them.

DRW vs SRW and Gas vs Diesel

One thing to take into consideration on having a DRW truck. When empty and not towing, let the air out of the rear tires to get a better footprint and better tire wear. I am on my 3rd DRW truck, have drive the 3 of them over 200,000 miles combined. I live in the Ozark Mountains, west of...

    Security of Carryout Satellite Antenna

When using a cheap regulator, it will flow more water when two faucets are open and will stick open to allow more flow. Remove the regulator and see if the flow improves and acts the same way when you open a second faucet.

    Maxxis tires

I have been running them on my fully loaded work trailer for 3 years now. Just replaced them with another set like them. I run off road quite a bit and turn it awfully tight on a regular basis. This is the first set of tires on a trailer, I have literally wore out.
